Born in Adana in 1974, Kemal Akkaya completed his undergraduate and graduate education in Business Administration. He started his career as an Assistant Specialist at Oyak Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. in 1997 and resigned from his position as Director in 2015.
After 2015, Akkaya became an angel investor in the entrepreneurship ecosystem and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Bulls Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı (BULLS GSYO).
