Gaziantep-based export giant Gümüşoğlu Tekstil has launched its initial public offering (IPO) process by submitting a draft prospectus to Turkey's Capital Markets Board (SPK).
The company, one of Turkey's leading integrated carpet manufacturers, aims to strengthen its position in global markets under its Voxx Carpet brand.
Integrated Production Structure Sets It Apart
Founded in 2002, Gümüşoğlu Tekstil operates from its facility in Gaziantep's 5th Organized Industrial Zone, covering 87,000 square meters of enclosed space within a total area of 141,000 square meters, where it handles the entire production process from yarn to finished carpets in-house.
The company, which has been expanding its presence in global markets since launching the Voxx Carpet brand in 2017, ranks among industry leaders with an annual tufted carpet production capacity of approximately 20 million square meters.
Operating on a fully export-oriented production model, Gümüşoğlu Tekstil delivers high value-added manufacturing in carpets, rugs, and floor coverings through its integrated structure.
Turkey's 13th Largest Textile Exporter According to TIM
The company exports nearly all of its products through its affiliate Gümüşoğlu İç ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti., reaching more than 30 countries worldwide.
With a particularly strong presence in Middle Eastern and African markets, Gümüşoğlu Tekstil ranked 13th among textile exporters and 778th across all sectors in 2024, according to data from the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM).
Additionally, the company was named the 10th largest carpet exporter in the region based on 2023 data released by the Southeastern Anatolia Carpet Exporters' Association (GAHİB).

Gümüşoğlu Tekstil continues to contribute to the global competitiveness of both Gaziantep's industrial sector and Turkey's carpet industry through its export-oriented production capabilities, integrated structure, and brand strength.
Following the IPO, the company is expected to increase its brand recognition in international markets and expand its investment capacity.
